1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phsloy Casino ("phsloy", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phsloy.cam. 2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Verification

The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, you must contact phsloy support immediately.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When registering for a phsloy account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. phsloy reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, phsloy is legally required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all players prior to processing cash withdrawals. KYC verification requires the submission of at least one government-issued photo identification document. Accepted documents include:

Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorised by you unless you notify phsloy of a security breach without undue delay.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Actions that may be considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and collusion between players.

5.4 Super Wheel Rewards

The phsloy Super Wheel is a daily rewards program available to active players. Prizes distributed through the Super Wheel, including free spins and bonus credits, are subject to the wagering requirements applicable at the time of award. phsloy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Super Wheel program at any time with reasonable notice to players.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the phsloy platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spadegaming, CQ9, Fa Chai, and WM Live, among others. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. • Any conduct that violates Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, or any applicable anti-money laundering legislation.

8. Responsible Gaming

Upon account termination for a Terms violation, phsloy reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned and not tainted by the conduct that led to termination, a refund of the net deposit amount (deposits minus withdrawals) may be considered at phsloy's sole discretion. Bonus funds and associated winnings are not refundable in any termination scenario.

Players may voluntarily close their phsloy account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to the player's verified withdrawal method within ten (10) business days, subject to applicable KYC and AML checks.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phsloy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by Philippine law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the phsloy platform, including but not limited to the phsloy brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audio-visual materials, is the proprietary property of phsloy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phsloy platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content or software from the phsloy platform without phsloy's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of phsloy's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal legal action.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

phsloy's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the phsloy Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the phsloy platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

phsloy is required to share player data with PAGCOR and other regulatory or law enforcement authorities upon lawful request. Such disclosures are not a breach of your privacy rights and are a condition of phsloy's PAGCOR operating licence.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through phsloy's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, players are encouraged to contact phsloy's customer support team to seek resolution through phsloy's internal dispute resolution process. Complaints relating to regulatory matters may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phsloy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their phsloy account, and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the phsloy platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendments, your sole remedy is to close your phsloy account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure described in Section 9.
